This was a good steamy, romantic book. I loved the storyline of this and that it had some good, hot and steamy love making scenes that kept you on the edge of your seat.

Yes. I loved that an erotica story actually revolved around a loving married couple.

The situation seemed like one that anybody could be in.

What aspect of Lola Holiday’s performance would you have changed?

She made Alex sound like a 70-year-old hillbilly grandma with a smoking habit. Other than that she was okay.

This was both a sexy & a sweet book. It was written from a dual POV Jessica & Alex's. This really upped the steam factor for me. I loved reading what they both were feeling/thinking. I loved Jessica & Alex's marriage, it seemed really realistic. They were a lovely couple & i totally connected with them. The story was really interesting & I was glad they managed to work through their sexual issues. The sex scenes were plentiful & they were HOT.

The story here was decent. It was nice to read about 2 married people reconnecting with each other and discovering their private fantasies after so long. That's a unique take in a world of books that mostly deals with single people getting together for the first time.

Unfortunately, it just felt like something was missing and the narration didn't really help.

I would not recommend this book to everyone. Only readers with a strong interest in erotica and kink will be interested.

On the plus side... the sexy times are xxx and kinky.

On the negative side... not really any plot outside the kink.

I wasn't expecting too much from this book considering the genre & price. I have to say that the story was surprisingly insightful, while at the same time providing some very hot scenes!!!
Perhaps because I could relate to the main character (married to the same man for many years, looking to "spice things up" between the sheets, etc) the story sounded pretty authentic to me.
The protagonist finds herself looking to push some new sexual boundaries, but she's afraid that her husband my react negatively and might reject her. As you might expect, he's more willing to be convinced to try new things than she realizes...
Just a quick, short, hot story that provides some insight into what seems to be a pretty common situation for couples these days: what happens when we come to have different expectations and the consequences of not being able to properly communicate them to our partner...Cheers & Happy reading!!!

This short book was reviewed by someone I follow and for $4 I figured why not! So glad I did! I imagine something similar has happened across America with the advent of "mommy porn", aka 50 shades.

This is the story of a happily married normal couple, they have 2 kids, they live on a cops salary, they have been married for 15 years and everything is normal....until the wife reads an interesting book! It isn't like she has been a prude or gone without but her husband and her have nice normal sex....but what's in the book turns her on and she feels weird about that fact. She had a conservative upbringing so in her mind she shouldn't like the idea of being tied up, or anything but missionary sex...this leads to guilt which leads to her husband thinking he is doing something wrong or maybe she is unhappy or heaven forbid is she having an affair?

Can she tell him about her darkest forbidden fantasies before she looses him forever...and will he accept her or think she is twisted?

Nice book, worth the $4! Go for it!!!!

A nice short story highlighting the need for Communication and honesty with your partner. Add a little hot sex and intrigue and this story was quite good. I enjoyed the narration by Lola Holiday. Good book for the price and a happy quick listen.
