There's nothing Devil loves more than giving Angel whatever he wants, especially when it's what he wants too. The only question is Does Raven want them?

Of course, I've noticed Angel and Devil noticing me. I've felt their eyes and the deep pulse of their heated wanting. I've also seen plenty of men coming and going from their house all summer long, year after year, and I don't want to be one in a long line.

The energy of Palm Island is so strong, it's hard not to get swept up in it sometimes. Temporary lust, the hedonistic thrill of excess I'm only human after all. But something stops me every time I want to give in and let go.

I've managed to avoid getting too close to Angel and Devil until now. Months of endless, heated dreams and the long, lonely slog of the winter are threatening to break my resolve. And all the tarot cards and tea leaves in the world couldn't prepare me for what they're really like.

What if all the three-ways are just because they're desperately searching for something? What if soulmates can come in thirds? What if I let go and see what happens?

If you’re looking for a beautiful love story, along with just the right amount of angst, look no further! This is one of the best polyamory stories I’ve read this year. We’ve loved super mysterious Goth Chic Raven through many stories. We’ve wondered about Devil and Angel, the solid married couple on the island with a penchant for pulling in a third to spice up their lives. This is their story. The love and affection, the way they draw closer (or run away), and the careful unfurling of trust are expertly written in one of my new favorites! I love when a series throws out a smash hit that rivals or surpasses the original, and I think Neuhold has done it this time!

Hmm... this is not a 5✨️. I will start with that. I rounded up my rating because I felt like 4✨️ was too low. It is between a 4.25 and a 4.5. This is because of a very specific thing, maybe it is just a me thing, but, oh, well... I am the one reading/listening to this book so... there's that.

Did I start the series with book 6? Yes, yes I did. I was in the mood for a trouple so I decided to go with this one, and I knew that I will meet the others and if I liked this one I will go back... which I will do. I wanna know all these stories now.

Even if I haven't read the other books I could tell this is the end of the series. We got to spend time with the other characters as well, and it was kind of like a nice wrap-up, if you want. If you've read the other books in the series I know you will love this one.

Raven is a very interesting character. Tbh, I was surprised how much I saw myself in him, it was fun. He is unusual, but not in a bad way. Just different. I know not a lot of people can relate to his brand of different, but I did and I loved him.

Angel and Devil are ugh, so yummy. Like... dream men, I swear. Where can I find two like them? I'm jealous of Raven, FRFR.

The way Angel and Devil love each other is so beautiful, couple goals doesn't even begin to describe them. They were born to find and love each other... and because of that big love of theirs were they able to add Raven to their relationship.

From what I understood ( since I haven't read the whole series I can't confirm this ) Raven, Angel and Devil tiptoed around each other for years, the tension, the attraction, the want... they were all there. These two were just waiting for Ravel to trust them to catch him when he falls. It was interesting to see them fall into each other and how natural that felt. Raven's place was always by their side, you could just tell. Inviting him into their relationship, into their marriage did not take away anything, it only added more of everything to it, everything that's good and nice, so... yeah, the author did a fantastic job with this.

The only reason I'm not giving this book a 5✨️ tho, and, as I said, this might be a me thing, is that he kept their relationship open. In any other circumstance it wouldn't have bothered me, but I felt like the author spent so much time building this story seeming like Raven was their missing piece than when they had the convo to keep things open it just felt wrong. You never see these three with someone else, don't worry, but I like to think that when a story ends I know what the characters will do years from that moment, and thinking them playing with others even tho their all together now felt wrong for the reason I talked about above. Maybe if she didn't build this story as something that seem to have closer up until that conversation I wouldn't even bat an eyelash, but... yeah.

I will go back and read the whole series. I love the idea of this island being a safe heaven and I wanna know how everyone found their HEA.
