So this book picks up a few months after Come Undone and oh does it every continue to wrap me into knots. This book is NOT for everyone! If you have any issues with the topics of infidelity, love triangles, verbal abuse, psychological abuse, or realistic marital issues this may not be a series for you. This middle section of the story takes you even deeper into Olivia's world. I really need to read the final book because that ending...WTH!!

This book drove me insane!!! Oh my Lord please just stop with the misery, ripped the bandage once and for all...but I loved this suffering this not knowing what the heck is going to happen next!!! Mooooreeee

Parts of this continuing story about Olivia and her husband Bill and David, the love she never knew she could have is at times way too out there and unrealistic.
I know this is a book and it is not true, so I can get through those parts.
The author is trying to stretch it into 3 books which is not really fair, but I am going on to the third book next.
I wish the emails between Olivia and David would not have to state the date, time, TO and FROM and the company name in every email.
Just noting a real frustration that you have to listen to many times.

So, to the good parts. It is a very exciting back and forth with some realistic moments about Olivia and Davids affair.
I love the passion in this book. I do not love Olivia and her ignorance about how she does not let David speak his mind and how he feels. Why not??? She keeps saying NO to him and then, well okay, just one more time.

Besides all that frustration, this story is really good, and keeps your interest. In fact I can not put it down.

Can not wait to see how she is going to deal with her husband in the third book.

Also frustrating why we can not use apostrophes in reviews?? GEEZ!

Love love LOVING this series!!! I'm so mad and frustrated with Olivia, but want so so badly for her to choose happiness and love over comfort. Bill is such a dud! Of course Andi is total perfection and I don't think a male narrator could have brought David to life like she does. Getting ready to start the third and final installment!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would recommend this book to anyone. This series is real, raw, powerful, and could happen to anyone of us at anytime. This book is about making hard choices, any doing things that will impact others. Some reviews say this is a whiny story, I disagree!! This books is all about Liv and what she needs be happy.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I loved David he was strong and powerful but not over bearing or making her decide, he just gave her space to what she wanted.

Have you listened to any of Andi Arndt’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not, but i would again. I cant say enough good things about the series.

done listening to book 2... on to book 3. I cant seem to stop listening. it is now 2:40am and will stop until in the morning to begin the next book

Olivia and David’s love story is one of the all time best told sagas I have ever loved. I keep coming back to relisten over and over as he is my #1 book boyfriend and they are my favorite book couple ever. Jessica Hawkins wrote the hell out of this story and it moves me to tears every time I love it all over again! Andi Arndt narrated this perfectly as always. Get lost in David and Olivia’s story, you won’t be disappointed and you can thank me later. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

While I love the push and pull, and the hot temptation, and her struggle. I’m pulling for her one way, then I’m hating her, then cheering her on. So frustratingly good.

Love this narrator! She does the male voices fantastically.
