Vickie Rodgers began her career as a receptionist at a forklift dealership and went on to hold executive leadership positions at multiple companies, ultimately becoming a Senior Vice President at one of America's largest private companies.

Throughout her career, Vickie developed a passion for understanding what helps women advance professionally. She interviewed more than 200 executive women about their career journeys and combined those insights with lessons from her own experience in leadership and the executive rooms where career and promotion decisions are made.

Today, Vickie is an author, speaker, career coach, and women's career expert. Through her work, she helps women better understand their strengths, build influence, navigate career advancement, and become more intentional about the careers they want to create.

Vickie lives with her husband and sons in Alpharetta, Georgia. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time at horse shows, the lake, and the beach.
