Uwe Laub was born in 1971. He worked as a stock and derivatives trader at the German Stock Market, then for several years as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Since 2010 he has run his own company. He researches intensively on topics of ecology and environment. His novel "STORM" achieved SPIEGEL bestseller status and was nominated for the German Fantasy Award in the category "Best German Novel 2019". "STORM" has been translated into several languages, including English. Laub is married, father of a daughter and lives in Munich and Fort Myers, USA.
