Rusty Norman is a singer, songwriter, author and blogger and has performed in several musical dramas and dramatic presentations over the years, including while in High School. He was born in Marion, Illinois in 1951 and moved to Fort Myers, Florida with his parents and sister, Terry, in 1962. His first story was published in the 1968 school literary magazine when he was a Junior at Cypress Lake High School in Fort Myers. Although he didn't venture into writing immediately, he did begin writing regularly over thirty years ago. After High School, he attended what was known at the time as Edison Junior College and then transferred to FSU as a music major in 1972. He has also been a sound technician over the last 40 plus years and produces, almost weekly, blogcasts during the racing season on his Nascar fan's view websites as well as being regularly involved in the media ministry as a camera person and the broadcast media sound tech at First Assembly of God in Fort Myers, FL under Pastor Dan Betzer's ministry. He owns his own electronics and TV service business and maintains several websites, each with a different focus. He continues writing songs, poetry and short stories along with articles like those found in this "Living Life Notes" series. He has just released the audio version of his first of three planned books in the Living Life Notes series. The second is in the final edit and expected to be released in middle to late September of this year and the third is planned to be released sometime before the fall of 2020. Along with those, he has several other books and writing projects in the works as well.
