Nick Ritchey is a weight loss author, coach and speaker. His fitness education began in 2008. In his search for a decent gym in London, he met Chris Young, who invited Nick to train at his home gym. What looked like a simple shed on the outside, was a world-class facility on the inside. Responsible for forging national and world champions, like himself. Chris was a world champion powerlifter who trained professional athletes, celebrities, royalty… and now Nick. They trained. Bonded. Grew stronger. And became best friends with shared interests. But the clock was ticking… So Nick got busy. He spent the next 4 years combining his unique blend of theory and practice, including: • 20 years teaching/coaching experience • Personal success (losing 80lbs & keeping it off since 2005) • Scientific understanding of human nature and behavior modification (skipping 3 grades, B.Sci in Math, Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from UPENN) Into a comprehensive weight loss coaching program, bootcamp, and the book you have in your hands.
