Lara Bezerra is a global leadership expert, former CEO of Bayer and Roche, and the world’s first Chief Purpose Officer while simultaneously serving as CEO.

After more than 30 years leading organizations across seven countries, Lara began questioning one of the greatest paradoxes of modern leadership: why do highly successful organizations and leaders still experience so much fragmentation, burnout, disconnection, and loss of meaning?

This question emerged from her own experience leading organizations through purpose-driven cultures focused on human development, meaning, and sustainable results.
