Kathryn Snyder (Kat) is the co-author of Your Story, Your Truth: How to Live Your Very Best Life. Your Story, Your Truth, the RedKat Way, offers you an approach to choice and change in your life, guiding you through figuring out what works in your life, changing what doesn’t, and avoiding pitfalls along the way. Kat is the co-founder of RedKat LLC. Kat and Erin Styles Fitzsimmons (Red), two progressive humans inspired to bring about a radical new way of being in the world, established RedKat LLC in June 2022 in order to start a revolution where people feel empowered and equipped to live their most fulfilling lives. RedKat created a framework called Your Story, Your Truth, the RedKat Way and offers their Way through a variety of channels and outlets. RedKat’s ultimate goal is to transform the world by helping people live their very best lives. In addition to being the co-founder of RedKat LLC, Kat, an ICF certified coach, is the sole owner of Attune Coaching Group LLC, a coaching and consulting company serving organizations and individuals with the goal of bringing about harmony at work and play. Kat empowers people through coaching to foster transformation and amplify impact. Kat’s values are joy, freedom, and ease. Using feelings as her guide, Kat lives a life in pursuit of pleasure. She’s a huge fan of live music, dancing, roller skating, downhill skiing, dogs, anything with sugar in it, naps, and her people. Kat believes that embodying a life of joy and pleasure is a radical act and contributes to tearing down the old ways of being that no longer serve humanity. Love and funk will prevail!
