Jay Jackson grew up in Dalton, Georgia, graduated from the University of Georgia, and now resides with his wife, children, and two dogs in Sandy Springs, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. He has been a criminal defense attorney, as well as an assistant district attorney, during a career which spans almost twenty years. During that time, he has handled everything from murder cases to barking dog complaints, and has seen the justice system from both sides.
