Hunter Hastings is founder of The Value Creators, a business education brand that aims to bring a new perspective on value creation to the young professionals and young entrepreneurs operating the new breed of digitally enabled companies.   He is an economist who took up a career in corporate marketing and occupied the posts of Chief Marketing Officer in a consumer products business, Chief Executive Officer in a Silicon Valley start-up enterprise, and Senior Partner in a consulting company, advising Fortune 500 clients on global branding. As a managing partner in Bialla Venture Partners, a seed stage venture capital fund, he’s helped to nurture new companies and scale up their business models.   He is the author / co-author of seven books spanning business and economics, and several peer-reviewed economics papers. His most recently published book is The Post-Managerial Era Of Capitalism: Organizational Design As the Next Innovation Frontier (part of the Cambridge University Press Elements Series on Reinventing Capitalism), and his forthcoming book is Venture Mode: Escape The Administration Trap by Finding And Unleashing Entrepreneurial Leaders. He holds a master’s degree in economics from Cambridge University in the UK.
