Greg Hoffman is the author of Performance Through People, a leadership parable published in June 2026. The book makes a simple case. Leaders build the environment their teams work in, and they should build it on purpose. Do that well and trust grows, people take real ownership of the work, and the team starts correcting itself before the leader has to. Greg has served as a Chief Legal Officer and a Chief Transformation Officer across 25 years in global manufacturing, financial services, and autonomous vehicle technology. He developed his leadership approach through a turnaround he ran with his own team, and then repeated and refined it over a decade with other teams. He holds a law degree, a master's in economics from Purdue, and an MBA from Indiana's Kelley School of Business. Greg is a Christ follower and Colossians 3:23 sets the standard for his work. He lives on the Florida Gulf Coast with his wife and has three adult boys.
