The book is essentially what one would expect. It moves along pretty quickly from scene to scene. I only really had two complaints, but I'm not horribly surprised considering the genre and market.

1. The book felt like it ended rather abruptly, which I suppose is fine given what it is.

2. This book was about a Lesbian Vampire Mistress.... until it wasn't. Towards the end it became about a Lesbian Vampire who has a Vampire Master. The book doesn't outright say it, but he is definitely top dog in the relationship between the two vampires. Given the theme, it would have been much better if they had been peers or if the Mistress was the top Dominant. Again, I'm not surprised, but I find myself slightly disappointed yet again by the unadventurous and uninspired industry of adult sex.
