Publisher's summary

Jane

I’ve always been on my own. My life used to consist of nothing but work, keeping Allen out of trouble, and if I had time, sleep. Then I became their maid.

Max

Every day, more than half a million people tune in to watch my show. They trust me. I know it’s because I’m the only son of the prominent Emerson family. However, I like to believe it because I’m honest, no matter what story I report on. I’m honest about everything but the man I’ve been f--king for the last four years...and now her.

Wesley

I want three things: first, Maxwell Emerson and Jane Chapman both in my bed; second, to be the best bloody chef in the country; third, to figure out how to simultaneously get the first and second things I want without any of us getting hurt.

Three people. One love story.

Look for the second book, The Anatomy of Us.

Artwork right here

The Anatomy of Jane is about a woman with bad luck in life. Gets a job and meets two men and they start to build something.
Jane is a funny gal with a wicket right hook. She has accepted her shit hand in life and just keeps fighting. I really do love her character.
Wesley is a coin with 2 sides. You dont always see everything that is there. I like how the author made this guy so deep. It really pulls you in and want to learn more.
Maxwell is..... well got a lot going on. He was raised in the wrong family and is fighting himself, He seems lost and not knowing about it. I look forward to seeing where he goes.

This book is going on my favorite list. I always get worried getting a new book cause i hate wasting money. I found a review for this book on a romance website that had little to no reviews for nearly all their books, Looked this on audible and again only little ratings. But the reviews it got was great. So this book sat in my cart for a few weeks before i went for it.
Im so happy i did, This was a beautiful story with a little bit of everything in it for me. The romance was not strong but a slow build. The Steam, was some real STEAMY. What i really love about it, is it does not over take the book. Adds to it and makes it stronger. Man on man action with the woman added later. Some parts will make you blush.

If you love romance stories with some steam in it. with more then two people. This is the book for you.
Readers did a wonderful job. One of the male readers can not do a accents as well as the others. Thats my only comment and its not a major one. They all did a great job.
My first book from this author and i fell in love. Thanks to author and readers for the beautiful artwork

Love this, read it twice now

I love when a MMF romance is done well. You know when there's actually 3 different, but supremely talented narrators. Its perfection and I love the fact that they're narrators that haven't been recycled to high hell, like Jeremy York and Tatiana Socalov. My god! I'm so tired of hearing them in romance books. They're good, but geez. I like the fact that one of the guys has a believable, sexy brit accent and the other is straight Boston. I'm from Boston and man that was cool to hear! The female narrator also isn't annoyingly mono-toned, which is so refreshing, This duet is definitely one of my top 5 of this trope. Very well executed.

3's Company

I read this book a while back and I must say listening to it was just as good if not better! Wesley, what a sexy dream he is while Max is just trying to find himself. Along comes Jane and the 3 of them work so well together. The narrators bring these 3 characters to life and don't sound like they are reading from a script.

Wonderful

I have never been moved to write a review of a book until now. It is one of the best books I've ever read. Yes, the sex is HOT; but it is the story and characters that riveted me. I was so emotionally invested that I could not sleep the night I finished the first book. Thank god there is a continuation of the story in "The Anatomy of Us." As someone who has spent their life reading great classic literature, I can truly say that the author of these books, Amelia Lefay, is on par with them. The narrators were excellent and brought the story to life. I cannot recommend these books enough.

Do yourself a favor and dive into this series!

I could not stop listening! The character development is fantastic, the story sucks you in right away, and I especially appreciated that each of the three main characters have their own narrator. I find Samantha Summers a bit nasally but not enough to actually annoy me (and I'm pretty picky about narrators).

Be warned that it does end on a cliffhanger, you have to read both books. Trust me though, it's worth it. Their story is heart wrenchingly sad but the love they share with each other is just beautiful.
