I loved this story. I am going through a shifter phase where I would rather listen to or read stories about shifters more than any other sort of story. This one really hit the spot. Brie was fantastic. She is a submissive wolf but a very strong person. Gideon seems to be a bit on the rough side but that made me like him even more. The story was suspenseful yet romantic and I loved every minute of it, even though there were a few moments that I felt the urge to punch a character or two. I can't wait to listen to the next Talon Pack book.

I received the audio for my honest opinion. What can I say besides amazing. I loved the Redwood Pack’s series and it's awesome to see the kids all grown up. This is a must read and listen book. I love the action, the passion and the craziness that is the Talon Pack. This book has it all. If you want a book you can't put down well this is it. Once again Carrie Ann Ryan nails it. This is a 5 star all the way book and audio. For the audio side Gregory Salinas has an amazing voice. This guy could read a dictionary and make it sound good. His voice pulls you into the story in a whole different way. You get chills and goosebumps when you listen to this book. Way to go Gregory Salinas you rock. Carrie Ann Ryan has not only done an amazing job writing but found the most amazing voice to be the narrator . This is a must read and listen to book

Would you listen to Tattered Loyalties again? Why?

Of course! Not only is it well written and voiced book it is a great story! I love how we now can see how the Redwood pack children have grown up.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Tattered Loyalties?

Gah! That is hard to say. I like when they first meet face to face at the packs meeting. Even though Bree already knows who he is. How Bree shows her strength after the explosion. And then how they learn that even though Bree isn't a dominate she is a strong wolf and can do what is needed when needed. Even if it soothing dominates or being strong to fight. It show people that you don't have to be strong all the time. It is ok for others to help and lead when needed.

Which character – as performed by Gregory Salinas – was your favorite?

Gideon! His voice is just perfect for character. But I will have to say Gregory Salinas does very well with all voices. When I hear him do a female voice it sounds female, not a man trying to do a female voice. Great Job!!!!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes and I did!!!!

To understand who some of the characters are I do suggest reading the redwood books and also Wicked Wolf. Wicked Wolf was pare of the 1,001 Nights books. This will help you understand some of the dynamics going on between characters, not just the main two characters.

Loving the Talon Pack!

It may be me and the fact that I read the Redwood Pack series and several other Werewolf series but the story seems oh so predictable. The one main thing that set this book apart from others, the fact that she was able to rest the call of her mate, for so many years wasn't given the significance it deserved.

This was a hard book to finish. The two factors that really detracted from this were the narrator and the constant sex scenes.

While I expected this book to by Sizzling on the Spicey scale, I felt that the graphic nature of the scenes and the vulgar choice of language werr real detractors from the overall pacing and storytelling. The only scene that I felt was needed was the final scene which was tender and felt like a goal completion. I really wanted to like this series as it had an interesting world and was different than most other shifter worlds I have read. I will not be joining the Talon Pack for further adventures.
