This is book three of the Fae's Claim series. Each book is an interconnected stand-alone. The first book was Dante and Gia's story. Book two was Tristan and Jess's story. Here is Doc/Nolan's story with his assistant, Alice. 

At the close of book two, Doc and Alice had argued and she had stormed off prior to his engagement in a Dare, a social gathering in which two Fae males fight. She thought he was foolish to jealoardize his hands, which he needs to practice medicine. The story ended as Doc suddenly teleported away from the Dare without explanation. 

In addition to being a medical doctor, Doc is part of the Fae Corps. He also has some dragon blood, but he hasn't developed any distinguishable dragon features other than his occasionally slanted eyes. Like his good friend Tristan, Nolan has a dark past. It has left him scarred, unable to deal with his emotions. The corps teaches methods to control outward signs of stress, but sadism is the only cure he knows for his darkness. He avoids Alice because she is his weakness. Her innocent but teasing way drives him crazy. 

Alice is tough for a human. She was adopted and raised in a Fae family after her mother died in a Berserker attack in Bombay. She is convinced Nolan is the one and has been saving herself for him. When she is kidnapped from the beach and put up for auction, her hopes seem to be at an end.

Doc and Alice's story combines danger with elements of BDSM. The struggle for power continues in this book, as both new and old faces make an appearance. Doc and Alice eventually get their happy ending, and two additional matches are poised for a romance story of their own. 

This story is well-written. The plot is complex, though some parts of the story drag. The characters are nicely developed. It is written in first person. The POV alternates between Doc and Alice. I rate this book four stars. 

As for the Audio: it is well-performed by both narrators and consistent with the book.

Seduced by the Fae: Paranormal Romance (Fae's Claim Book 3) is fiery. A passionate; on fire listen. This author creates a sculpted, signet read that exhibits her maven. Tornado like effects cascading through the pages with suspense seeping through at every chapter. With riveting plot twists, melodrama, impassioned chemistry between Alice and Doc (aka Nolan) entwined within the narrative. Character's are compelling with complex personalities. A graphically detailed and descriptive new cosmos that you can escape to for a little while. Looking forward to listening the next novel in this highly addictive series when available.

Narrators Wen Ross, Kai Kennicott duet narration performance was super-hot to listen to. My favourite duet these two brought this audio to reality. Wen's deep baritone inflection is intoxicating to listen to and Kai's sweet inflection is soulful.

Absolutely loved the narration. A entertaining listen.
