Publisher's summary

Touch.

It's what most of us crave. A source of comfort, companionship, and desire.

For Eli, it's a source of terror.

Branded by the trauma of his past, Eli is struggling in his freshman year of college. He might be afraid of just about everything, but in his heart of hearts, he's nobody's bitch.

Yet it's at his lowest point that he first hears it. Him.

The voice.

Wet feet, a frozen ass - this guy likes to complain, but why would Eli care about any of that, when he's got his own problems? The bigger question is what, or rather who, the voice is.

Afraid it's a sign of his fragile psyche's demise, Eli is torn between hunting down the source to prove it's real and ignoring it in case it isn't.

His eventual quest will see him grappling with geese, battling burritos, and dodging deities - all in the search for his sanity.

And maybe, just maybe, finding love.

Psync is a steamy, 18+ 94,000 word MM romance with the following tropes: fated mates, touch aversion turned to bliss when touching your mate, hurt/comfort, yandere main character, and meddling gods. Content warning: Trauma-related mental illness, mentions of past childhood trauma.

So much possesiveness!

I really enjoyed the narration for this one! This definitely feels like it has the BL tropes included, and I was loving it! Possessive and slightly toxic codependency, There's also so much chaos in the plot, and we really went through some hoops to get there! Unique story building, and the friend group in this was also great!

Swooning over soul mates.

I orginally read the book ans loved and was thrilled to see it come out in Audio version. The narrator was great at bringing the story to life.

I loved this story from chapter one.
It touched on so many realistic topics while adding some mystery and fantasy.

it has a little bit of everything which makes it easily a book anyone could jump in too and enjoy.

It was a fun, quirky, beautiful telling of soul mates finding their way back to each other.

5 solid stars. ❤

Already loved the story, this just enhanced it!

I won a copy of this, and I'm so glad I did. I already loved the book the first time I read it, but the narrator makes it even better! I have to especially point out that they used an echo effect on the internal-dialogue type stuff which I've never heard before and which makes SUCH a difference. There's no questioning if someone is thinking or speaking something, even if it's your first time reading it, and it makes the listening so much easier. Kudos to the author and narrator for that choice.

The book itself is fun, intense, hot, and incredibly well written. Well worth a credit.

I loved it!

I loved this story. There were a few things that I wished were expanded on and the ending was a bit rushed. Overall though it was great. I’ll be listening to this one again. I love a gruff controlling alpha male. It is a slow burn but it’s satisfying. Zachary Zaba did a great job on the narration.

The expression of feelings the caricatures have

It was an easy listen. I did not expect the amount of detail it got to some parts but not disappointed. I like the back and forth of the chapters and the caricatures. I mostly listen to older books so it was funny to hear references to YouTube and tiktok even some amima that I know.
Last night I was just randomly looking at new releases and come along this book and the narrators voice was nice it drew me in. Hope the next book has the same narration. Only thing it that at the end of each chapter the pause before the next chapter started it seemed like a word got cut off or dident seem like a natural stop to carry on to the next chapter. Like there was more to be said. That the only reason I didn't give all 5 ⭐

So great

I've already read Enchanted University books 1 and 2 and now have listened to both audio books. The narrator does the story justice and I am happy to have both read and listened to the stories. they just don't get old.

Interesting and Good

I am of two minds when it comes to Psync. Part of me seriously loved this book and part of me is just thinking it's in the good category. The characters are brilliant. They are people that are just lovable and HEAs are a must for all of them. Well, the good ones, at least.

The plot for this was interesting and a unique and fun play on the Fated Mates trope. I like how it was handled and that there was a sense of mystery behind everything that was happening. I do wish that there was more explination earlier on in the story. It felt like the beginning was great and so was the end, but maybe there needed to be either a more detailed middle section or something to lead up to the ending better. Something to make the whole "Enchanted University" aspect actually live up to the Enchanted part better. The ending is so great with this I just wish there were more, or that aspects of it could have been discovered through out the rest of the book instead of waiting for the last few chapters.

I listened to it as an audiobook and it was difficult to get into, but only because there was a weird reverberation or echo like quality to the beginning of the recording. Otherwise, the narration is well done.
