You have to already be into mindfulness to really get anything out of this. If you aren't, I'd go somewhere else to get started and come back later. Has a number of different meditations, but some appear multiple times with different music in the background. I guess some people like that sort of thing. Never done much for me. Overall, it's okay. I don't regret using a credit on it, but I'm not sure how often these meditations will go into my daily routine.
