Holly, 21, has just started to work in Hollywood, and Joyce, 36, welcomes Holly into her luxurious LA home. More intricate than any of her previous stories this selection spends less time on erotica and more time on a setup as good or better than many books labeled as Romance. It relates an age difference romance between an older woman and the daughter of an old friend. Though this a cliche among both straight and gay writers the growing relationship is well told and creates an inevitability about the two ladies.
I loved this story and though I can't imagine 'gettin freaky' with any of my mother's friends, like most young lesbians I went through a period of fascination with women significantly older than I was. In most cases it was if not an outright mistake, then it was a temporary, short lived alternative to one night hookups; except for one. I had a six month relationship with a woman two years older than my mother that changed me in so many ways; I treasure that time in my life and all that I learned from her. It's possible that because of that I related to this story a bit too much so much so I've overrated it; to me it's a wonderful listen, you decide.

Typically I don't listen to short audio romance or erotica titles, but after seeing the positive reviews for Paris Rivera's audiobooks I decided to try one. I was not disappointed at all. The story is amazingly hot and the narration by Piper Fairweather was outstanding. If you are looking for a quick erotic lesbian listen (I went through this audiobook without stopping), this is an excellent choice. Be aware that this is a part 1 to a longer series and you will want to get additional parts once you are finished with the first one.

I always enjoy listening to Paris Rivera's stories. I have the best dreams afterwards. The sound effects in this story are very helpful 😉. I have listened to several other audiobooks by Paris. Her older women are very sexy.

This is a fun quick listen, age- gap romance. I liked the characters, Holly and Joyce, and the relationship that grew between them. There was a nice build up to their romance, you could feel the chemistry. Great for a short steamy romance.
The narrator, Piper Fairweather did very well with all the voices.

First I’d like to start off with a disclaimer. I listened to Hosting Holly and honestly just did not click with it. I found it ok, but not nearly as good as Rivera’s other stories. However, knowing how much I enjoyed Ms. Rivera’s other stories, I decided to wait a couple of weeks until I was in a much better mood and give it a second chance. I am so glad I did. Granted, I did not feel the connection to the characters in Hosting Holly as I did to the others I’ve listened to, I never the less cannot take away from the fact that this was one steamy listen. I personally did not connect with the characters, but the connection between the two women is apparent. It is so undeniable And tangible that it practically leaps out at you.
Hosting Holly is Provocative. It’s Sexy. Hosting Holly is everything you want when you don’t have a whole hell of a lot of time, but you are just craving something short and steamy.
