I have enjoyed reading Sara Field’s dark romance novels and I like the narrators. I would like some diversity with the female characters. It is Earth after all - the alien males will not see the same descriptive female.

Enjoyed the dark sex

Had to stop listening around Chapter 4/5. As far as the story goes, it's decent for smut. However, even though this production has TWO voices, you only ever get ONE at a time. I was expecting them to voice the male & female main characters in dialogue together, similar to other audiobooks with multiple voice actors or full-cast, but instead you get Heather Firth voicing the male during her times narrating the female POV, and Thomas Locklear voicing the female during the male POV. It's a bit off-putting and distracting. At that point, why even bother hiring two voices? Just have Heather Firth read the whole book, she did most of it anyways.

this book is definitely smutty however I actually enjoyed the storyline, is the book super deep no but let's face it no picks this genre for a super deep read. u will definitely listen to more Sara fields books when I'm in need of some good, light naughty sci-fi reads.

Sara Fields always delivers and this book is no exception. She writes great smut. If you are looking for over-the-top smut in a dark science fiction setting, look no further. It makes me wonder with some of these books if there is some truth to them. Who knows? Human men don't hold a candle. Heather Firth and Thomas Locklear did a great job with the narration. I received a free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

thomas locklear should have had more air time. Sexy voice and makes a lot better voice for the male parts instead of using all female narrator.
