Yoga Flow with Tim Maples contains three different progressive audio yoga classes. The classes have been devised, lay a foundation, and establish a sound vinyasa yoga practice. Vinyasa is the term given to flowing yoga practices, and moving in such a way brings a deep sense of connection to the breath, allows you to move with freedom and expression, increases mobility, strength, and provides a cardio workout.
Vinyasa Flow is a 70 minute yoga class, devised and narrated by New Zealand based yoga teacher Tim Maples. Tim has over 35 years of teaching experience. He is the founder of Inspire Yoga centre in Nelson. In this class Tim guides you clearly through a series of challenging yoga postures that are linked together using the breath. This class is suitable for those who are familiar with intermediate level yoga postures. This yoga class is also for those who have already purchased The Fundamentals of Flow and Flow Alignment.
