Learn to Meditate - Metta Bhavana contains two easy-to-follow guided meditations to develop this powerful technique. The first Learn to Meditate - Metta Bhavana class runs for 42 minutes whilst the second is a 20-minute quick version ideal to use if you do not have time for the longer session. Both sessions begin with a body awareness section which works to focus your mind onto your body and especially your heart center. You are then guided through the meditation practice in five clear stages.
