Discover memoirs and essay collections, scripted podcasts, and even—in the case of our winner—a documentary series. The protean nature of this list makes sense for comedy, because there’s humor just about everywhere and in everything if you’re looking for it. Sometimes that humor is just plain silliness, but sometimes that humor gets down to the core of what it means to be a person—a way to make sense of the bumps and bruises we get along the way.

I’m Sad It Ended….

Great cast of characters and a great storyline. Kim Whitley’s character was relatable and personable. The young man who voiced Tray was funny and endearing. And Sherri Shepherd was funny and giving best friend goals. While Jess Hilarious keep’s elevating her art every time I hear her voice. Bravo!!!!

Please write a sequel Lena Waithe!!!

Enjoyable

The acting and lines are realistic and at times touching. It reached a depth that draws you into the show but not so deep that you are dragged down. I really enjoyed it and am rooting for everyone.
