Publisher's summary

Seven years ago, my life changed forever. One accident and the person I saw in the mirror no longer resembled the woman I used to be. I was lost and confused inside my own body. I felt alone and disconnected from the world, carrying the incredible weight of guilt and loss that wasn't even mine to harbor.

Then fate led me to Leo James. He taught me that crazy could be perfectly normal and it shouldn't hurt to breathe. Don't get me wrong. Leo isn't perfect. He has his own cross to bear, and the truth is, that might be why I fell for him in the first place. But despite everything he does for me, learning to forgive myself is infinitely harder than overlooking the flaws of another.

Now, the secrets and lies of our past have begun to dictate our future - threatening to ruin us before we get the chance to try. Perhaps we were cursed from the start. Or maybe, just maybe, the remnants of our fractured lives will fit together to form one whole, where love isn't questioned and being happy is - well, easy.

Contains mature themes.

Broken Course

I wasn’t a fan of Lucy Rivers narration in this book. I have liked her in others but not this one. The story line was okay though.

Aly Marthinez

An exceptional three book story. I was in fir my favorite narrator Christian Fox and was very happy to have purchased all three. Wasn’t sure about Sarah but Aly did a greater good with this characterization.🥃

so sad this series is over!

This book was the perfect ending in the series. Just enough surprises to keep me in suspense but also parts that made me cry.

Leo and Sarah

A heart wrenching, powerful, meaningful and heartfelt journey to go on with Sarah and Leo. I honestly did not know how to feel about Sarah going into this story because she did so much in the prior books, but wow... My mind was absolutely changed. I enjoyed every single second of this story.

Umm

It was an interesting series, that’s for sure. I liked Sarah the least. I didn’t understand why she was soo harsh/ angry with Brett. That was the most aggravating part. He was just trying to be a supporting husband to her.. and she is acting like this??? And can’t be in the same room with him?? I felt bad for Brett.. I did like Leo tho

Talk about REDEMPTION.

Ooooof Sarah Erickson is the girl we all love to hate, and I'll admit I was nervous coming into her story, but NOPE Aly had me falling in love with her from page one. Having read a ton of Aly's newer work before this series, Leo + Sarah are such a power couple, so coming back to the beginning was a little bittersweet. Christian + Lucy narrated this entire series and they did such a standup job embodying these characters. Absolutely enjoyed every story!

Spanish was off

It was hard hearing Spanish spoke without an accent but other than that it was good.

Much anticipated

This was a surprising 3rd book in the series where Sarah really redeems herself. I think most of us ended up hating her by the end of book one, so this book was quite a refreshing surprise. Sarah has really come into her own. There is so much depth in hers and Leo's character, after emerging from very dark places. I really enjoyed this follow up to not only Sarah's story, but also to the other main characters in the previous books. My only complaint with this book, which is not at all a reflection of the writing, is that of the narration. There were some issues with the sound in the last couple of chapters, which made it very hard to hear the male narrator, who btw, is a great narrator. Otherwise I would've given this five stars
