Well done..

Surprisingly good. Much better than FSOG. She has a paranormal series that I previously enjoyed. Her venture into erotic romance was well done.

Even better than the first

I'm really enjoying this series, I think many aspects have been executed better than they were done in FSOG. I cant wait to see how they reconcile things after she realizes what he did.

Deliciously good!

2nd read:
I’m listening to the audiobook for my re-read and I. highly recommend it. The narrator is fantastic! I’m enjoying this series just as much the second time as I did the first.

1st read:
So deliciously good! I loved the first book and I love this second one more! We end on a cliffhanger that is going to have me completely impatient for the the next book in the series.

"One hundred nights. For each day I deceived him, he demanded a night in return. He wanted all of me. In his bed. On his terms. At his total mercy."

In the first book, you learn that both Avery and Dominick, are hiding from their past.

"the broken parts of me recognize the fractures in him"

Part of Avery's secrets don't stay hidden and the first book ends with Nick demanding a 100 nights from here for lying to him. A hundred nights, completely at his mercy.

"Nick and I came through some of my worst secrets together, but there is more he doesn't know. Things I don't dare tell him. A truth I intend to take to my grave."

The last of Avery's secrets are haunting her ever step in book 2. She's desperate to make it go away all the while she learns more of Nick's secrets that may tear them apart.

Despite seeing how cold and distant Nick can be, he isn't able to stay that way with Avery.

"Tell me you're mine, baby. Whenever and however I want you."

We don't get Nick's POV, but if you look close enough, you see that Avery means more to him than a temporary destraction.

I wasn't expecting the revelation at the end, but while it pushed Avery away, it pulled me in even more. I can't wait to see how Nick goes after Avery in book 3.

Better than 100 Days

More story; still a little more repetitive sex scenes to fast forward through. Needed to immediately begin the next installment.

Overview

Would you consider the audio edition of For 100 Nights to be better than the print version?

The Story is somewhat captivating, Adrian I want more mystery in the book, Avery's story is sad but also fitting with the character, once I started the book I couldn't put it down, the ending suspense was so powerful that I have been browsing for a couple minutes looking for the next part of the story.

I hate waiting for the next book December is too far away to wait to finish the story.

Would you be willing to try another book from Lara Adrian? Why or why not?

I cant wait for 100 reason just because I want to know what happens to Avery after such kind of betrayal.

What about Summer Morton’s performance did you like?

Yes the voice and performance was spot on.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The part where Avery finally gets through to Nick and he admits that he has fallen in love with her.

Any additional comments?

It’s getting a little long...

It’s good but dragging out at this point. I’ll skip book three. I just can’t.

It’s not bad; it’s just LONG.

Representation

I'm enjoying the story minus the overly long sex scenes. My only issue is the description of people
of color. The author never describes the main characters, outside of the occasional blue eyes, blonde hair tidbits. So it seems unnecessary to me for her to describe the lawyer as "a black man" and the store hostess as "a black woman," both of which who are related as brother and sister. So there's only 2 black people in this story and they're related....🤔🙄. Other than that it's a good story, but I'd hope that the author begins to describe characters in her book better.
