Yet another win for Jessica Clare. In this latest billionaire book, we have a pregnant heroine, which I have to confess is one of my romantic weaknesses. But the initial baby making was... let's say not good ... and the horrible, drunk fumble ruined a longstanding friendship. What worked so well about this book was that Asher really wanted his friend back, even before he learned about the pregnancy, although of course she wasn't entirely convinced by that. I did want to strangle Greer here and there throughout the book as I thought she was being a bit harsh. And it's hard to sympathize with a woman actively trying to cut the baby daddy out of the baby's life...Greer's backstory helped me understand why she wanted to do this but I still couldn't help but think that this Asher had been a really good friend and she'd completely lost sight of all that. Of course, she comes around.

Love the book but the male voice sound like a witch. It almost took away the feel of the book.

First she loves him and goes to seduce him, he's drunk off his butt and people Warned her he was in a mood, she went to him anyways. Knew he was drunk and followed him out side. She didn't stop him or tell him no. He didn't rape her! She was willing and was only upset once she realized he finished before she got any enjoyment. Did she really think as drunk as he was he'd get a condom?! Now she's mad and just like that doesn't love him anymore. And he didn't even remember the next day until someone told him!

Now..

He keeps kissing her butt. It's like I want him to tell her enough! stop with the guilt trips over that one time he was drunk and he can't remember. She was the sober one and should have known better. I want him to Yell at her for ending their friendship like it was nothing, not tell him about Their baby, asking him to give up parental rights! All because her first sexual experience was bad.

Im still hoping he will finely man up and tell her off!

(Spoiler alert) The heroine was a annoying.
