I did not like this one quite as much as previous books by this author in this series, I am not sure why. it is still quite enjoyable and worth a listen.

Well, I’m totally hooked on this Series! I was up till 5am listening to this, book three of the series. Like everything about it, but promised myself I won’t stay up all night listening to Book 4. Will read a little at a time.

The main female character, Kit, takes on the responsibility of taking care of her sisters and mother when her father dies.
She is a relatively successful business woman with a creative mind and kind soul. Kit needs to learn that matchmaking isn’t about money and status, but about a deeper attraction and a connection of 2 souls.
Ramsey is the Scottish “hero”, the youngest of 3 brothers who fish for their “bread”. He is a rugged “rogue” with an amazing heart, once he allows himself to see Kit’s needs and his own. They both need to find a way to each other before Kit leaves to return to the States.
This is an uplifting story overall, of a community that comes together to help each other. We briefly hear from the previous the characters from the first 3 books. I would like a story about all of these characters facing a challenge in their community together. Thus far there is a formula for the stories. Since the series is in Audible Plus right now, I will continue to listen.
