The books got better as the series went on, glad I stuck with it. The narration wasn’t my favorite but you get use to it.

Cute series

If someone said I would lessen to a book that had navy seals doing a stainability theme and a bunch of women doing a byzantine life style in modern time.??? Well I would tell you no way. L.O.L. Before I known want I was doing I found myself looking for the next book.

Bana- ridiculous addicted

Interesting premise but way OTT in how the show developers can force weddings in a specific order in 40 days from the draw of the short straw. The other portion that I immediately skip over is the extraordinarily preachy "living in tiny houses will save the environment by eliminating consumerism" is akin to communism. Navy Seals put their lives on the line to protect the American way of life. Over-consumerism is definitely unhealthy as we are seeing with fast-fashion since 2022 but cutting out anything that isn't necessary is subjective. The author did a great job in book 1 when it came to music.

Please note that I like tiny home communities and believe they have a place in any city or town. My disagreement with the first 2.5 books in the series is the demanding nature in which the Seal's leader wants to force everyone into a bare-bones lifestyle devoid of any enjoyment. The saving grace is that others are pushing for more so I did obtain books 4-6 to see what changes will be made AND hopes that the show producer and financier will be brought back down to Earth.

Easy to skip past the preachy 'save the planet'
