What the hex is going on?

Life at Cardinal Woolsey's knitting and yarn shop is about as smooth as shop owner Lucy's knitting. In other words, lumpy, tangled, and prone to disaster. Much like her spell-casting. Herringboones and Hexes is an entertaining cozy mystery. I'm glad that Lucy finally made a decision. I look forward to seeing what happens next.

I enjoyed the bit of romantic suspense and interesting plot twist. As always Sarah Zimmerman is a fantastic narrator. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

One more fun Vampire Knitting Club! I am sad to know that there are many of these left. The story continues, and I feel that saying much more becomes a spoiler. It was fun figuring out if plans would come to fruition or if another murder could be solved.

I love Nancy Warren's dry humor in her writing. Her reader, Sarah Zimmerman, knows how to vocalize it. If I didn't have a lot of other books, library books, to read, I would be set to listen to the next of the VKC.

If you get the chance and need a fun, cozy book or series, try Ms. Warren's.

this series is such an anomaly for me. I enjoy the series, but really don't like the main character. Lucy is selfish and clueless and it gets so frustrating how dumb she is. but the side characters are so enjoyable! this story was interesting and I enjoy how the author writes the magic!
