Smoke Jensen never would have come back to the gold-mining town of Red Light, Montana, if it hadn't been for his sister Janey's estate. Rescuing and restoring is what smoke does and this book is my absolute favorite. great character development and exciting operations. this book epitomizes what Smoke represents. Smoke needs to be here today.

One of the more enjoyable stories…a bit of comedy, Smoke and Sally in it together, the old mountain men causing fun and havoc, and the good guys plugging away at cleaning out their town of all the varmints! The male chauvinist, Sally Jensen hater be damned! Great story, wonderful narrator as always!

What’s a real shame is that it’s not as easy to rate/review these books as it is any other books. I have listen to 13 of these books and paid a lot of credits, but this is the most awesome action pack, westerns that I have ever in my life, red or/listen to. And the narrator is awesome.
