Publisher's summary

My life has been served to me on a gold platter to be devoured by my silver spoon.

My father has made sure I become a part of The Elite Seven. Where most candidates are chosen, I was given my place. Everything comes at a price, though. Luckily, I can afford any price - no one has more money than God.

The Elite Seven have their initiations. My task is personal and beneath me - steal a car and send a warning. It'll hurt my best friend in the process, but we both made a pact going into this. There's no line we won't cross.

My task makes an ugly turn and I nearly take a life. Such a small, unimportant person. Someone no one would even notice if she were gone. She's a problem my money, and now power, can easily sweep under the rug.

It's what my father wants. It's what my brothers in The Elite Seven want. Yet when she finally opens those big, innocent brown eyes, I realize I've found what I've been searching for my entire life. I don't want my little problem to disappear...I want to keep her.

Money is my legacy, but I want something money can't buy. I am Baxter Samuel Goddard V. I am Gluttony.

Contains mature themes.

Loved it

This short story was wonderfully told. I love broken people stories and this is one. The spice was nice. The main female character was strong in a very quiet way.

The narrators will put you to sleep

Not much spice, the overall story was okay but the narrators killed it, in a bad way

K. Webster writes the most interesting stories!

I never know what to expect with a K Webster book other than an unbelievable imagination. I liked the audio. The only
thing I would say needs improvement on I guess is that the male narrator comes across sounding a little...high?
Well , I don't know how to describe it (as sometimes he was high lol), but maybe if he spoke a little bit quicker sometimes it would help.

K webster disappoints majorly!

The arc of the story is semi good but Webster clearly hasn’t put any work in. I’m not even sure she actually wrote it. It’s bad writing, boring characters and the performance… i just can’t even… the series is thought up by someone thinking it’d be great with 7 different authors but it falls flat. The characters are stupid. And the “darkness” it’s supposed to emanate doesn’t. Go to Amo Jones if you want great crazy storylines. She rocks! this book doesn’t.
