Excellent

Excellent follow-through of her other works. Very useful meditations and other tools interspersed with stories and examples. I am so grateful to have found Lissa Rankin’s teachings.

Just FYI this is interview style not meditations

I thought she would be going through meditations for each “session” (sessions listed in the accompanying pdf) but it’s actually just an interview and she explains each topic for each session. I only got through the first 6 chapters but from what I heard it’s mostly her answering someone else’s questions explaining the inner pilot light.

Lissa has such a calming voice. Many new subjects on the inner pilot light was addressed in this book. As well as guided meditations. I loved this book and I might hear it all over, straight away, because there where so many good points.
