Great Tips

This was a great book and even my 8 year old was listening it while showing her 4 year old brother and me hoe to do the yoga in the book! Lots of great info and easy to follow along. Very happy to be able to test this and educate my kids at the same time!

Excellant

This book has so much information about yoga. Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a child and I would do it with my Mom. I am so happy to have listened to this and was able to learn about the history and different kinds of yoga. This book also has a nice section on different poses. A little bit of everything. I was given this book with the understanding that I would leave an honest review.

A perfect remedy for our era

Anything that will help you relax and tune out this crazy period in History is worth a listen.

With a wonderful Narrator enjoy this Audio book and gain a better understanding of who you are and how to gain more
tranquility in your life.

I am so much happy to get this amazing book.

This Yoga for Beginners book is definitely for people like me, who have done little to no yoga. It comes with pose pictures, instructions on how to do it properly, its purpose, and ways to modify that particular pose. My husband and I also enjoy meditating, and this book shares a whole bunch of information on the different meditation methods and how to do them correctly.

I have been really interested

I have been really interested in learning about yoga and really can't afford to take classes, this is such a great alternative. The book was informative and helpful and felt like I was being taught by a friend. It was an easy listen and had tons of great information.

Much Needed Relaxation for Body & Mind

This is a very comprehensive and informative audiobook, everything you want to know about Yoga.

I've been wanting to try Yoga for years, but just didn't know where to start, what it was about, etc. Now I have a much better understanding of its meaning and origin, and I'm going to truly give it a go.

There are so many benefits, it seems to Yoga, I think it would benefit just about anyone.
Start here, and explore all that Yoga has to offer.

For all of us who are so busy, we need to remember to take a little time to de-stress :)

Nope. I have multiple sclerosis so I was really looking for a beginner book but this was just not it. Maybe someone without a chronic illness will enjoy it. But ms people it’s a no
