Te ayuda mucho a comprender el duelo afectivo y el por qué de las cosas, te da tips para salir adelante y no caer en la dependencia emocional y en tu dignidad , creo que es un buen libro pero debes leerlo de a poco conforme pases tus etapas de duelo el final puede ser poco comprensible si aún no estás en una etapa final del mismo pero es muy útil

Tiene buenas recomendaciones, aunque la parte tajante del contacto cero puede no aplicar a todos los casos. Sin embrago tiene herramientas muy útiles para avanzar en el proceso de soltar un vínculo afectivo que ya no es bueno.
