As usual another excellent story line from Eric vall looking forward to the next book

One Of My Favorite Series!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each of the books in the series to date, and was super excited when this latest installment was released. Immediately and without hesitation, I used a credit and started listening immediately. Definitely not at all disappointed; in fact I think this is the best one yet! Each of the girls are further developed, and we start to learn more about the main character. There is also additional interaction with friendly neighbors, and an awesome visit to the mountain retreat. Now that the biker gang is out of commission, a new threat presents itself. There is a prolonged chase scene that culminates with an excellent battle. So tons of action, some enjoyable NSFW activity, and humor. Couldn’t be happier with this use of a credit, and I encourage others interested in this genre to consider listening to these books.

If the story wasn’t enough, the narration team is simply awesome. They bring the characters to life and add so much to the story. These two are absolute gems, and I highly recommend anything they have narrated.

My only concern... waiting for the next book to be released!

Loving this series

honestly one of the best stories by the author, it only gets better and better. full of action and I really like the characters, can not wait for the next book.

As informative as it’s entertaining

This is a really awesome series. No seriously (yeah I went there) if all you get out of this series is “I need a bigger gun “ from this series go back and start again; hell its good enough to actually enjoy a second or even third time. As a country boy turned marine; I can tell you the survival plans laid out in this series are more than just good ideas; they’re pretty much doctrine if you plan on making it long term.

As far as plot line: it’s highly plausible. A solar flare can cause this event just as easily as terrorists or rocket man. Our electrical infrastructure really is that old outdated and decrepit. The really scary part isn’t the event itself; it’s what starts to happen just a few weeks afterward that’s going to be what kills most people. No I don’t have a bunker nor do I wear a tinfoil hat, but I do have a full years supply of food, portable water filters, guns and ammo; you know just the basics.

The really amazing part: this series is told with a great plot line. Granted most women won’t enjoy the harem aspect; but hey hopefully they end up with someone who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t mind monogamy. They’re probably going to be disappointed because guys like Tav are going to be hard to find. Wish will put them in high demand, while the one’s that are more concerned with political correctness are more than likely going to become biker bait. Then again my daughters have been taught to fight, survive and know the value of their battle tested husbands, so they won’t have to worry or share.

More Developments, More Plans

Loved the development of Tera in this volume. It was nice to see more depth to her. As for the next book, I look forward to seeing how the group fights a hostile, trained force.

Another great additional to the series

One thing I learned from listening to this series is that if the world ends, gotta find a sniper rifle asap... Tav's team could really use one but don't have one.

A step up!

This addition is a little shorter than the other books, but it makes up for it with the content and story. There is a whole lot more world development of the surrounding area with interesting characters and interactions that help tell the story of the area and the people who live there.

I also really enjoyed the personal growth of one of the girls during this book, and I hope additional books will do the same with the other girls.
