A twist on Horror
I do not want to give away the end. That war is horror is a fact. As a person losing her sight, that to me is a horror. That, for me, six eye surgeries have not helped is a horror. This story surprised me with horror, no less true. I don't think that perfect vision is necessary in order to know horror when you see it. Or hear it since this was the audio version.

Eerie story
This is an interesting story with an odd ending. It's not nightmare material, (Thank goodness!) But it is enjoyably scary.
