Publisher's summary

Willow of the Wind’s long-lost love, Snow Eagle, rescued her from the hands of vicious slave traders. The suffering she endured during captivity relentlessly lingers, and Willow retreats into a shell. When Snow Eagle sees their happy future slipping away, he desperately attempts to guide her toward physical and emotional healing. Finally, she breaks the bonds binding her fears.

With the help of Willow and her trusty bobcat, Six Toes, the Wolf Clan chief and his warriors locate the slave trader’s lair. Willow’s memories of being brutalized at the plantation are agonizing, but she knows she must face her fears to help free the remaining women being held captive. The rescue party discovers the plantation isn’t what it appears to be, and the lifestyle they uncover tempts Willow’s son and threatens to change their tribal way of life forever.

The desperation and determination of the tribe will grasp your heart as you join the Wolf Clan in part two of the Walking Stick saga.

Loved this book!

I loved this book! Full of romance, excitement and surprises. The characters had depth and heart. I enjoyed learning about the Indian culture and seeing how they respected other cultures. It left me wanting more. Can’t wait to read the next one. Hoping it is on audiobook soon, the narrator was great!
