Publisher's summary

She programs a dating app for shifters. He's an ex-Army shifter with a dark secret. Their worlds are about to collide. Noah Wilding's family is being targeted by an anti-shifter hate group, so he took a medical leave from the Army to return home and help out. At least, that's the story he's told everyone and he hopes his dark secret will stay buried in Afghanistan. Emily Jones is the lead programmer for Wild Love, the new app that hooks up shifters and humans for a night of hot sex and no commitments. Only she hasn't had a date herself in years, ever since that dark day when her family didn't protect her when she needed them most. She figures one magical night with a hot wolf will help her finally move on with her life. When Noah swipes right for Emily, she thinks her dream one-night-stand is about to come true. But with a hate group planting car bombs during WildLove hookups, Noah and Emily are on the front lines of love. They have to hunt down a killer before he strikes again, and before they do more than heat up the sheets. Because humans and shifters might get wild for a night, but they're not supposed to fall in love.

Nice

The storyline was good. The characters were your and the narrators seemed to be about the same age as well, it's not one of best narrations . Still recommend the book.

Emily and Noah

The first book by this talented author I listened to was Jaxson, who is the Alpha of the River Pack Wolves and since then I have been hooked by everything she has written but I admit to having a soft spot in my heart for these wolves who have all been through so much. This book is the second book in a spinoff from The River Pack there is someone out there targeting wolves and every member of the Wilding Pack has been outed by The Wolf Hunter. Not content with just outing them and forcing them to hide their existence he is now setting off bombs in the cars of wolves who are hooking up with humans through the Wild Love App. The River brothers offer sanctuary to the Wilding Pack and their security company is tasked with finding The Wolf Hunter.

Emily Jones is the lead programmer for WildLove, and she has a fascination for wolves, she decides she wants to have one date with a wolf and uses her knowledge of the App to match herself up with Noah Wilding. But will he swipe right and hook up with her?

Noah Wilding is a wolf shifter with a secret, his father, General Wilding conducted illegal experiments on wolves, including his own son! Noah on being released from the cages the victims of these experiments were kept in has gotten himself a medical discharge from the army and come home, he's now working for Riverwise Security.

From the first moment, Emily and Noah meet the attraction between them is strong but their first meeting is interrupted by a bomber before anything significant happens between them.

The next day Noah arrives at Wild Love to try tracking down the bomber from the inside, Emily as the head programmer is tasked with working with him. Both are shocked to see each other but Noah is captivated by this clever and intriguing woman. As they continue to work together the chemistry and attraction between them deepens but will anything ever come of this, after all, she's human and Noah is a wolf, but is that all he is?

This is a fast-paced stand-alone story with a fantastic plot which drew me straight into the story. You can enjoy this book even if you have not listened to or read the previous books but I'm sure once you've listened to this one you will want more! This book is full of suspense, drama, a mystery villain or villains and magic, add to that a kidnapping and some fantastic and steamy loving and you have an idea of what to expect. The love which is growing between Emily and Noah is strong but is it strong enough?

The narration of this book was very well done, J F Harding and Moreis Almelda were perfect and really added to my enjoyment of this wonderful story.

I was given this audiobook as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review.

Could be so much more

As I have said in several reviews of this series and the spin off series, the general plot is pretty good. There is some action, some intrigue, a few bad guys and a bunch of hot wolf shifters. However, the relationship between the H/h is so undeveloped, it's pretty pathetic. Of course, I still route for them. Honesty, if this series wasn't part of the Romance pAckage, in which I can "borrow" as many of the allowed romances I want, every month, I wouldn't even consider this series due to the short length of the book. I just don't believe a well-rounded novel can be written if it's only 5 or 6 hours long. I'm sure some disagree.

Bk2 Noah and Emilys story another geek gets love

another great installment of the wilding packs story. this one is about Noah Wilding and Emily Jones. this installment has the WOW factor to it like the first book. I'm amazed with Alisa Woods ability to encorporate a full motion picture (in my mind) in just 5 hours. again I recommend this authors books. this one is great as well. Narration was good, not much change in male voices unless Owen is talking but being Noahs story it isnt a hardship.

Outstanding Book!

Alisa Woods has done it again. She has a way of combining action, intrigue, humor, and romance so her readers are drawn in and held spellbound. Noah and Emily have an amazing story. Don't miss it!

Great Improvement!

This story was So MUCH BETTER than the first book in the series. I hope the other books in the series follow this format. Loved all of the characters and especially the ending.
