Is there going to be a book 2?!?!?!
Ok first off I absolutely love the enemies to lovers point of view; both different but at the same time there was a lot to discover about one another. Then the storytelling was amazing; it transported me back to the time I went to Seattle with my partner. Then just the invitation to realize that magic is something we can love even in the eyes of different people.

So good I wish we had more
4.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, officially. I loved the premise, the form of magic, and the characters in the book. I just wish it was longer, as in, I wish she went into more detail on a lot of things. It just went really fast, and it was such a good story I wish she had added more to it to help us know that characters, the history, and the lore better. It was very good though, if you like witches you’ll enjoy this book.

Fall, Magic, Danger, and Romance
I've been in love with this cover since I first set eyes on it. I've been meaning to read it since I first saw Rachel Griffin's teasers about it. And I am so glad I snagged it during a recent audible sale, because it was the PERFECT listen during my road trip.
I was absolutely swept away into the world of Iris Grey, the Pacific NW, and the magic she desperately hid from those around her. Griffin does an excellent job of making Iris easy to understand and relate to, from her initial hate for Pike to her reluctant teamwork, then compassion, and eventually painful love that puts him first. Their conversations in the woods, as he explains that annoying her seemed to be the only thing that got her out of her head and into the present moment, charmed me. Iris's struggles to accept this version of Pike were believable, complex, and heart-warming.
A friend sent me the second book in this series, so I am very much looking forward to continuing the adventure!!

This is a sweet witch story that is more realistic than most. The characters were great and the relationship between the two characters was more sweet then hot.

cute
it was a cute story, I felt like the ending was a nice one, but, it was a little too nice and on the nose. everyone got what they wanted, there were no repercussions and it was kind of perfect. a good story gets messy and has room for following stories. but overall a nice one.

Couldn’t stop listening!
This story had me hooked from the start! My only wish was that it would have been a series. There was so much potential to draw it out, and the writing was so good, I wanted more. But it was wrapped up well and that’s my only complaint.

Not great
I enjoyed another book by this author, so tried this one. I didn’t enjoy it. It was slow moving and some of the writing feels forced, like the author was trying too hard to be relatable and deep at the same time. I had to force myself to finish it and was completely not invested by chapter 15.
