why are these young women prudes?

These stories are great and having Rowan and Harper and Ivy meet is so cool!! I don't understand why they're such prudes though. We read they're gorgeous and yet they're so uptight about clothing! No bikinis? Why not? I wore bikinis until I was forty!!
If you look good, why not? Women gorgeous or not, thin or fat, women wear what they want but these three are actually uptight.

It was distracting, I know that is weird as well and yet it seems so out of place.

Harper is the coolest of the three.

Narrator is terrible.

The narrator has a whiny voice , awful timing and shouldn't be narrating audio books. I love this author but I had to stop after only 10 minutes. Painful waste of money.

Oh great

Just when I thought it was safe to listen to another book by this author I heard the word "huh" used over and over and OVER again. It makes me wonder if she us paid by the word. May I make a suggestion, dear author? Do a word search to find the number of times you used the word "huh" in this series. Maybe you just are totally that oblivious to the sheer volume.

The narrator continues to be a shrill shrew of a reader, sounding like she is a high school teenager. One of the Detective's voices in the first book in the trilogy was SO awful it grated on the entire room's last nerves. Many had to cover their ears!

If it wasn't for these two issues I would go back to listening to this author again. Her works are cutesy, original and funny! I really get a kick out of the material. So, lose the "huhs" AND the narrator and you will have a fan for life!
