Refreshing and an enlightening book. Every chapter was an Aha moment . some of the chapters I listened to them more than twice Got myself the hard copy so I can read it again. Definitely going to be reading it again for my healing journey.

Warm Hug
This book has felt to me like a warm hug. It has given me words to describe what I am feeling and going through. It has made me realize why I am the way I am and the fact that I suffer from fear of abandonment . It has made feel validated and seen.
It has propelled me to pursue healing and ultimately build a home within me.
I absolutely will listen to it again as I walk this journey.
