one of my favorite series!!

ive read these books and now ive listened to them. one of my favorite series. love the chemistry of the two main characters

AMAZING

Rachel Morgan’s books are magical. The fae and magic are just a part but the characters are the real story. Of growth and forgiveness. Love and heartache. How one wrong word can destroy a world. All this and more.

Lovely story, very good narration

As far as audiobooks go, this boxset - which comprises the first three books of the Creepy Hollow series and Violets Story in its fullness - is an excellent deal and well worth your credit.

While it's set in the YA fantasy genre, I firmly believe that listeners of any age-group will enjoy this immensely. The characters are complex, the setting is breathtaking in its originality, and the world-building is well thought out and clever.

Violet's Story, told in three parts, is one of adventure and challenges, mistakes and misunderstanding, wonderful magic and humanity in all its shades of wonder and imperfection. There's romance but it isn't overwhelming, and the character development is as realistic as it is tangible.

Performance-wise, I quite liked the narration. Both male and female narrators were well-suited to the book and the characters they portrayed. The only (small) thing that bugged me on this score was the female narrator's slightly nasal intonation. Otherwise, this is an excellent, polished audiobook and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I look forward to the next boxset!

Long but worth it

I’ll admit while I love these books, I find them to be extremely long. Yes there is a lot of detail and it’s a great story, but some parts just felt like they went on forever and weren’t needed. Can’t wait for the next two box sets.

Great story

Really enjoyed the characters development and the story line of Rynn & violet this book had so many cool interesting plots and twist also the action of the characters fighting was amazing!!

Really good book

I really enjoyed the books. Sometimes I struggled to continue but honestly I do not regret it. I enjoyed it a lot and am looking forward to reading the rest of the books.

Enjoyable story about fairies

Entertaining. Easy listen. Interesting fae powers. Narrators good and consistent voices. Slightly predictable ending. But I will listen to the next three books in the future.

Best series I’ve heard in literally a decade. If you don’t try it you’ll be missing out on an amazing story.
