Awesome from start to finish.
Amazing, book 2 was good from start to finish. New characters were introduced without spending several hours going over their back story. Characters you thought were good guys turned out to be evil. Shady characters turned out to be good guys or support of the good guys. The story had comedy from unintentional quips to the spit out my water jokes. Now Luke Daniel's knocked out of the part with this. So many characters all sounded unique from you to old, male, and female. Overall, a 5 out of 5, and I can't wait for book 3.

Def worth the credit!!
This series is awesome! Had me laughing and intrigued; couldn’t put it down and can’t wait for the next installment. Pacing, magic system, character development, and overall story are all top notch. The writing was fantastic and of course the narration from Luke Daniels is phenomenal

Awesome story
I can relate to this character….I know a 0311 whose name is Boyd😆…can’t wait to share this with him…the main character sounds just like him…😂. Love the story and character development.

Fucking awesome
I have found myself listening to this series for the 2nd time now because it is genuinely that good. The author crafted a truly iconic duo in Cal and Boyd, and the voice actor brought them to life in a way the seems effortless but it's clear that a lot of thought was put into how the dynamic works. Truly, one of the best audio books I've ever had the pleasure of listening to.
