A book made of colors and flavors
A well-structured book with good recipes that are simple to make and therefore suitable both for vegans and for those who want to approach the vegan world.
The initial part is also very accurate, more theoretical but which does not bore the reader because it is explained in a simple, concise and captivating way. Note of merit for the author who makes us share her cuisine made of colors, different flavors and full of health. Note of merit also because it "gives" in the book to the reader a fitness plan on a food and physical level with weights and / or free body. A clear demonstration that vegan nutrition goes very well with fitness and better physical performance. Very satisfied with the purchase.

It is not just a simple recipe book
I bought this book with my eyes closed because I previously purchased the author's first book and I knew that the recipes would not be the usual ones found on the net. Sharon knows how to give plant foods flavors that satisfy even omnivorous palates. An excellent book could not but come out, which is not only about recipes (many) but for each dish, the macros are indicated so that they can easily be included in a training plan. It is also further enriched by indicating training cards and nutritional information on vegan nutrition. A nice gift to make and to do both for those who love cooking and for those who love sports

A must listen
Very useful for those who are sporty like me or for those who want to learn how to make balanced and healthy meals without losing the taste of traditional recipes.
Having also tasted several dishes presented in the book and cooked by myself, I must say that the difference between a vegan and a traditional dish is not felt in the least! I still remember the flavor of vegan Caprese or chocolate-covered ice cream banana !!
