How to overcome and nail it completely

This book was sensational. What I feel are mountains in my life, are only mole hills in others. The love she has for her children and step children are so fierce. The hurt she endured from them is one I would find difficult to overcome, but she did. As for her ex husband, there are no words to describe the lack of pride and shame. He’s too proud to live a miserable life, but I wish him the life he deserves. I look forward to visiting the copper beach institute and learning to be as mindful as Cheryl.
