I love chapter 7. So true the five mistakes to avoid especially with regards to culture background. It also reveals about you. As the saying goes "the eye is the window to your soul". A good one to learn and worth listening. Kudos to the author.

A lot of guys may not realize that strong eye contact comes from confidence. Personally, I'm already aware, so I skimmed over most of that part. I really liked the ideas for exercises.

Eye Contact!
Eyes are the windows to the soul-rings to the truth. I love this saying. So true that when you are avoiding eye contact a person you are talking to it means you are lying. It can be learn and can be a skill. This is a great audio book to have! You surely can learn a lot.
