Great pregnancy guide
This is a great pregnancy guide for first-time Moms. The author does a good job of discussing the customs of pregnancy and birth. It is important to keep a close eye on the Mom at the end of pregnancy and after the birth. Due to the changes in hormones, some new Moms can experience post-partum depression. Making sure both the baby and the Mother have all the resources they need should be a priority for close family members and friends.

Must-knows - This book has your back!
This was such a great tool to discover! Calming and informative, this listen is perfect for expecting moms to make the best decisions for themselves and their bub. Having a child for the first time is daunting in so many ways, not to mention fluctuation in hormones can lead to brain fog and so much indecision. It is also time of deep uncertainty that can lead to anxiety, which is why having a complete guide like this pregnancy handbook at hand is such a blessing. Tell your expecting friends and loved ones, or dive in yourself - it's definitely worth a listen.

Great Audio!
I’m not a mom yet but I hope soon to be. This book has great information that I didn’t know about and probably would have been concerned if I didn’t. It put some worries at ease. If you’re going to be a mother soon (or even a father as it could really benefit you as well) I would definitely recommend this audio. 10/10

Clear and calming guide
This book is guiding you through each step, clearly explaining about what changes to expect in your body and your baby each week. The practical advice on how to handle common discomforts gives you confidence. You‘ll appreciate learning how to make decisions based on good information, especially about diet and healthcare and feel relieved to know what is normal and what might need a doctor’s attention. The book cuts through the noise of all the advice you’ve been getting from everyone around you. Letting you feel more in control and less overwhelmed. Lots of information!
This audiobook is excellent for new and expectant mothers. It contains helpful information that explains what your body experiences during each trimester and what to expect. It gives its listeners a good overview and addresses some of the fundamental queries and worries that expectant mothers could have. It is written in straightforward English so that you don't need a degree to understand what the author is saying. I have to note that the author conducted extensive study before compiling this audiobook. I will suggest it to its intended audience, as well as prospective fathers, so they can understand what their wives are going through throughout pregnancy.

A Great Pregnancy Guide
This audiobook was full of valuable information to help first time mothers get through their pregnancy. It's one of the few pregnancy books that talks about the spiritual aspects as well as the physical aspects of the pregnancy. It takes you through the rights that pregnant mothers have, as well as important information needed to make critical decisions. There is great advice on self-care, such as what to eat/drink and how to stay active. It addresses a large amount of pregnancy concerns and how to overcome, and I also really enjoyed how it broke down the pregnancy by trimester and month, organising the information very effectively. A very valuable resource for anyone who's expecting!
