Publisher's summary

Originally produced in 1971 and updated in 1995, the NASB has been widely embraced and trusted as a literal English translation. Now, the NASB 2020 improves accuracy where possible, modernizes language, and improves comprehensiveness. These refinements maintain faithful accuracy to the original texts and provide a clear understanding of God’s word to those who prefer more modern English standards. The long-established translation standard for the NASB remains the same as it always has been, that is to accurately translate the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts of the Bible into modern English that is clearly understandable today.

Narrated by Larry Williams who is committed to communicating the word of God clearly through his narration of the Bible.

The NASB has been produced with the conviction that the words of Scripture, as originally penned in the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, were inspired by God.

Very good reading

I am so very pleased with this audio reading of the Old Testament. I listened to samples of several audio editions and decided on this one because the reader’s voice was clear, and his reading style was natural (not pseudo dramatic).

Chapters fixed!!! Yes!!!

I was SO looking forward to this version because the New Testament was all organized by book name and chapter.

This Old Testament however is terribly disappointing because it is NOT organized by chapter names. Instead you simply get a list of 930 chapters!! Good luck finding what you are looking for!

Please fix this!!!

Edit: fixed and perfect now. Thank you!!

I love it and listen almost everyday!

I love the tone that the narrator maintains throughout this work. It helps me stay forced and serious as I follow along.

The only negative is that Obadiah seems to be missing

*Edit* Haggai Chapter 1 also seems to be cut in half. Chapter 1 stops at verse 7. the audio for verses 8 to 15 are missing.
