Publisher's summary

The Song of Solomon offers strikingly candid - and timeless - insights on romance, dating, marriage, and sex.

We need it. Because emotions rise and fall with a single glance, touch, kiss, or word. And we are inundated with songs, movies, and advice that contradicts God's design for love and intimacy.

Matt Chandler helps navigate these issues for both singles and marrieds by revealing the process Solomon himself followed: attraction, courtship, marriage...even arguing. The Mingling of Souls will forever change how you view and approach love.

Simply Amazing

I can’t say enough good things about this book. It really puts you in the right mindset before getting married and reminds you of the parallels between the husband-wife relationship and the Christ-church relationship.
Song of Solomon can be difficult to understand, but Matt breaks it down so clearly and practically.

Thought provoking

This book walks the reader through the Song of Solomon book in the bible and how one can use the story to apply it in dating, relationship, sex and marriage. Highly recommend it for any young Christian man/woman, or even those that are married.

OUTSTANDING!

Such a tremendous retelling and explanation of the Song of Solomon! A must read/listen to anyone wanting to bring the scripture into their marriage or relationship. Literally a book I will listen to at least once a year as a lesson and reminder of our God wants us to pursue love and marriage.

It's alright.

I got about half way through, not super helpful for someone preparing to be married. A book like Meaning of Marriage (Keller) was more informative, practical, and helpful. This book was almost too graphic - I know Song of Solomon is not rated G or anything, but this book was just sorta...too much.

Good book. I highly recommend for those dating.

My biggest "beef" is that the audio version doesn't follow the written version. I haven't finished reading the paper back book, but I will say that most of chapter one is not included in the audio version.

Good book dull narrator.

Good book. I've read many books on marriage and am in a great marriage because of the principles I've learned in reading as well as working on having a God honoring marriage. like every we do in life marriage is a learned skill and you must put time and effort into it to make it better.
