The best book!

I love the whole story and how relatable the main character is to myself! I was very emotional reading this!

Entertaining

A story of growing and change, Gabby grows from self deprecating and not feeling good enough, to being confident and knowing her life’s direction.
A successful feel good story.

Throughly enjoyed this book and the narrator is great. Well worth the listen. Could of finished it in one trip if my car ride was a long one

Cute Clean Romance

I loved this so much. Story about a young lady figuring out zmwho she admitted of all the actual drama of her job and family drama outside. It's the type of book that makes you want a book for each of the characters. 😊

Note to international readers:

Swedish Fish are sweets. I am sparing you a very confusing olfactory moment.

I both like and dislike the emotional depth. I cried about her one family member's mental health and the main character's negative self-talk is very realistic. But the constant introspection was a bit too much; I get that she is supposed to be insecure, but it stopped adding to the story at some point and just increased the reading time unnecessarily. I personally prefer the show don't tell rule when it comes to emotions and there was too much telling about the expressions in people's eyes.

Overall, I loved the realness of the main character and the love interest and I wanted to finish the story because I did end up caring. A good read for a longer audible plus freebie.

Funny storyline and sweet romance

This was a fun audio book! Sweet romance story with a fun approach. The main character's wallowing was minimal. I don't watch soaps, but enjoyed added "drama" created by the actors.

Cute!

I’ve had this one sitting in my library for a while now, but just keep passing it by thinking I won’t love it when in fact, I did love it. It was a slowish start but after about two chapters in it got super cute.

average girl lives average life and has amazing friends/famiky. starts out slow, works it way to exciting & ends w/lovely realization of happiness.

honest to god, i laughed out loud

Such a good story! I thought the entire book was incredibly charming, fun dialogue and relatable characters. I truly did laugh out loud multiple times, literally put my face in my hand at the cringe-worthy antics,and enjoyed every second of this story. The narrator does a lovely job, as well.
